Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Press-On Nails
Because all our press-on nails are handcrafted and custom-sized specifically to your measurements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your custom nail order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order is locked for production.
- Sizing Issues: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate. Please use our sizing kits to ensure a perfect fit.
- Damaged in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@dakshasartistry.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange a replacement.
2. The Foundation & Precision Masterclass (Digital Vault)
Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital courses and masterclass access, all sales for digital products are final and strictly non-refundable. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once access is granted.
3. Bridal & Studio Appointments
- A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 14 days in advance, and your retainer may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 14 days of the appointment will forfeit the retainer entirely.
4. Refund Processing
If an eligible refund is approved (e.g., cancellation within 24 hours), the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
