Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Press-On Nails

Because all our press-on nails are handcrafted and custom-sized specifically to your measurements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final at the moment of checkout, and orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

• Sizing Issues: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate. Please use our sizing kits to ensure a perfect fit before placing a custom order.
• Damaged in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at dakshas.artistry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will promptly arrange a replacement.

2. The Foundation & Precision Masterclass (Digital Vault)

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital courses and masterclass access, all sales for digital products are final and strictly non-refundable. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once access is granted.

3. Bridal & Studio Appointments

For all appointments booked at our Ahmedabad studio or on-location:

• A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date and time.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 14 days in advance, and your retainer may be transferred to a new date (strictly subject to availability).
• Cancellations will forfeit the retainer entirely, regardless of the timeframe.

4. Exceptional Refund Processing

Since we operate on a strict no-cancellation policy, refunds are generally not processed. In the rare, exceptional case of an approved refund (e.g., severe transit damage where a replacement is unavailable), the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
