We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and shapes of our press-on nails as accurately as possible. However, because each set is handcrafted, minor variations in art and color may occur. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital Content

All content on this site, including images, nail designs, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Daksha's Artistry.

• Masterclass Access: Purchasing our digital masterclass grants you a single, non-transferable license to view the content. Sharing your account credentials, recording, or redistributing our educational material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. User Responsibilities

When purchasing custom nails, it is your responsibility to provide accurate sizing information. Daksha's Artistry is not liable for nails that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or digital service without prior notice at any time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
